The Service

Zuiora provides an AI-powered design assistant (Lucy) that helps you explore design ideas for your living spaces. Lucy offers suggestions, visualizations, and recommendations based on your inputs. The AI-generated output is conceptual and advisory — it does not replace professional architectural, structural, or engineering consultation. Mu.S.Ex. is not liable for design decisions made solely based on Lucy's recommendations.

If you request it, Mu.S.Ex. can provide full design and execution services — where our human designers create detailed CAD drawings, architectural plans, and oversee implementation. When Mu.S.Ex. provides design and execution directly, professional standards and liabilities apply as agreed in a separate engagement.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you upload. By sharing content with Lucy, you grant us permission to process it for the purpose of providing design recommendations. We will not use your room photos or personal design preferences for purposes beyond the service without your consent.

AI-Generated Output

Design suggestions, room analyses, and generated images produced by Lucy are created by AI for inspiration and planning purposes. They are not construction documents, structural assessments, or professional certifications. Mu.S.Ex. is not responsible for design decisions, renovations, or modifications you make based on AI recommendations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
• Use the service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or misleading
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties

Intellectual Property

The Zuiora platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Mu.S.Ex. "Zuiora," "Lucy," and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use our branding without written permission.

AI-generated design images and suggestions are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to use generated content commercially, contact us for licensing.

Limitation of Liability

Lucy AI provides design suggestions, not professional architectural or engineering services. We are not liable for:

• Design decisions you implement based on AI recommendations
• Structural, safety, or code compliance issues arising from design changes
• Accuracy of AI-generated visualizations or measurements
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email.
